The question is, did you earn any money at all in 2007? The information you provided is a bit vague, in one place you say you received paychecks till December 15 2007, in another place you say you did not get paid in 2007. It is simple really, if you did not earn any money in 2007, then you do not have to add your W2 to your tax returns. If you did earn money in 2007, then the company has to supply you with a W2.
Of course, not earning any money in 2007, while keeping you okay with respect to the IRS, might get you in trouble with the USCIS.

I filed I-140 + I-485 concurrently. Sent a check for I-140 seperately and one for I-485 (EAD + AP) for $745 for my wife and me. Check made out to USCIS. However consult ur lawyer ...

Ok i think u got me misunderstood : Ok to alleviate : Address A - My current address
Address B -- My friends address.
B is in IL , A is in CT. Now all my credit card statements , USCIS all other except DMV drivers license are in A. Only DL is with B reason i moved recently and not sure how many days this is going to work and since moving car registration etc is expensive thing in CT and there is no certainity on how it works . Now i am changing back my DL and Car registration hence asked this Question , i am well aware of fall backs of USCIS hence changed within 10 days filed AR-11 and all pending petetions and USCIS started corresponding with this new address.

Well i dont think thats true that it is must that i have to send the AC21. Like i can always get the employment letter from my employer who sponsered me for my green card. All i was asking was that IF I DO GET THE EVL RFE (I HOPE NOT) then in that instance what i am suppose to do? Get a letter from my current employer or the employer who sponsored me for green card?

I came across one member who is taking ARRA in Northern california. He is a frequent visitor to IV forumn.
I have had applied for UI and did not have any issues yet. 9 weeks over. Secondly i have recently asked UI whether they would pay relocation if i get a job in a another state.

I agree US having fair consideration for illegals because of political reasons(VOTES to be specific)

I applied through my husband(EB3 July 2004) and i was on F1 when i applied with him. Got funding through F1. Did not use 485 EAD.
Graduated but did not apply for OPT and started using 485-EAD to work.
Well... one more thing our lawyer forgot to include our BC while applying.
Actually he had them when he mailed them initially in DEC 2004 but got rejected and after he came back from vacation in March 05 he reapplied based on the rejected mail in Dec 04 and its then when he forgot to include BC.
I was ver scared reading about F1 being non immigrant visa blah blah... and should not apply for GC..blah blah..unfortunately i could not find a similar case like me...recently i saw a lot of people applying in F1 ...
I am happy to tell...do not worry if you are on F1 and
do not travel on F1 visa
Do not apply for OPT ( my limited knowledge advice)

If you guys see LUDs on your cases atleast one...be very happy...that means they are about to give you a green card...

For EB3 India 7% of 85,030 = 5903. And still Dates are stuck in 2001. I don't know what it take to move it to beyond 2002-2003 ?
I'm afraid if there are 100K EB3 in 2001-2004. Why doesn't USCIS come up with such statistics..
Providing such statistics woul dmean accountability right. There si no value add for them other than getting a bunch of calls. I really wonder what the nuber is for the 2001-2003 period. 100K looks kind of large.

I applied for AP for primary and secondary applicants on 09/17 at TSC (RD 09/24). Online update showed that AP for Primary applicant has been approved, but the secondary still shows under review. Today I received approved AP for the Primary applicant in mail, but nothing for secondary applicant yet. Why TSC is not approving both the APs at the same time? Last time, I got the both at the same time. Any idea or guidance please.....

Me: Why so?is she preadjudicated?
Officer: There could be many reasons...no she is not pre-adjudicated...
Me: What can we do to expedite as she is current
Officer: Nuthin ....I was loosing my temper now...
I said how long should one wait...I opened an SR I got a reply that they are doing additional review contact after 6 months..3 days later I get approval email...no one has a clue...the right hand does not know what the left is doing....my wife is kicking me on the foot asking in native language be happy with yours do u want to loose urs too...

Need help- EB1 EA 140/485 petitions denied - how to maintain legal status
I am a research faculty in a top 25 university and my H1-B expires in Dec 2010. My concurrent self petitions of the EB1-EA of 140 and 485 were denied by TSC. I am waiting for the denial letter. My spouse is a permanent resident . What are my legal options to stay in the country?

I have been interviewed a couple of times at a very good stable company and the engineering manger seem to like my skill sets and experience. The issue is the company has no previous experience with H1 visa whatsoever....They haven't said they wont do it..but they are bit edgy in terms of how legally involved it would be...I have a final interview with the HR boss next week and am looking for ideas to quell their H1 anxiety...
I'd appreciate if some one can point to any websites/documents/ideas...some thing to show the HR guy that its not as complex or involved process and they are perceiving it to be would be great..
