Yeah you have to open the safe to get the key.
If you wandered around that mansion you would have gotten scraps of paper that had numbers on them.
The 3 numbers make up the combination.
You have to go up the steps, and to the left into a room where there is a safe.
You have to enter the combination quick and without mistakes to open it.
After you get it open youw ill have to fight a boss that is half/half. One half hot and one half cold if I remember correctly (which I probably don't).
After beating him you will get the key to the basement door and some other cool items.

Mike Huckabee is fast emerging as the leading Republican Presidential Candidate, and has a commanding lead in Iowa.
While all other leading Repub contenders: McCain, Guiliani, Romney and Thompson, have expressed support for strengthening and increasing high skilled immigration, not much was known about Huckabee as he was in State Government previously.

The reason why EB2 India is moving so fast is because people with 2001 PDs are stuck in BECs. Once they come to apply for I-140/I-485, EB2 India PD will retrogress to 2001 again. So the progress you are watching is an illusion.

I applied for 485 during last years July surge I think on July 19th 2007.
As per these 2 links it shows that 485 processing date is at July 19th 2007.

My husband was born in Switzerland, I was born in China. I borrowed my husband's nationality to submit 485 and 140 concurrently. from the replies above, my case should follow Switzerland, not China. Is that correct? Thanks.

I dont want to depend on pending I485 as the only source. I want each of us to have status independent of it.
I do understand that he can apply H1 only in Apr 08 and start working from Oct 08.
I am hoping a short visit will not reset his 365 day exile. One more query I have is can he leave US for around 10 days immediately after applying for I485. Should he apply for AP along with I485 or should he wait once he comes back after his short trip on a valid L2? Will it be OK ?

This sounds totally outrageous ! I mean if the company is genuine and no one is on bench etc. what was the ground for deportation ? And what is this about intimidating the immigrant ? What can we do to bring these cases to light and ask for explanations ?

I fear a backlash as by now ewr would have made my company to be marked for secondary scrutiny. this is how the story unfolded

CBP. hmmm.. can i have his phone #
CBP calls Mr ABC .. we r deporting XYZ hs papaers r not in order ..
no call back # nothing ..
meanwhile XYZ is asked to sign papers ..
I know we can refuse but those people r so intimidating and I guess if you dont sign ICE agents come in and tell you that it could take months to send you back
so poor xyz has no option but to sign and get a stamp on his passport that he is being deported
Councilor access is a myth and so is trying to call and talk to the CBP officers
and this is not a small body shop .. it has atleast 500 people working on various projects across US and those people were not on bench

I am planning to change jobs using the EAD / AC-21 in the next couple of months. To start off the process I wanted to get all the approval notices from the lawyer so that I have all the documents in place before I change jobs.
My employer uses a popular law firm to handle the immigration filing etc. I sent an email to the lawyer asking them to send me a copy of the I-140 approval notice.The lawyer responded that according to my company's internal policy they will not provide me a copy of the I-140 approval notice.
I would like to know the following -
1) Has someone else also faced a similar issue ?
2) If so , is there a way to get them to send me a copy of th 140 approval notice
3) Does the employer by law have the authority to restrict the distribution of the 140 approval notice
4) Do I need the 140 approval notice in order to use EAD/AC-21 to change jobs ?

If senior citizens have to travel frequently from India to the Bay area (California) what is the most preferred airlines?
Points of comparisons would be pricing (frequent flyer discounts), leg room, optimum layover, wheelchair facility, good in-flight attendance, food and so on...the experience with the emirates has been ok thus far.
emirates didn't provide the wheel chair at the airport although it was made available in india and sfo. also the leg from dubai to sfo is very long.
please share your experiences and provide your feedback.

This system verifies whether the applicant�s priority date is within the applicable cutoff date for that month�s Visa Bulletin. The case is then assigned one of three statuses:
1. Authorized: the underlying priority date has been confirmed as current and the I-485 application should be immediately approved;
2. Duplicate: the A number associated with the application has already been authorized; or
3. Pending Demand: the priority date is not current, i.e., not within the cutoff date printed in that month�s bulletin.
Due to the retrogression of priority dates subsequent to the creation of the vast I-485 backlog, a great number of cases within that backlog are in Pending Demand status. More will be placed in that category once all required pre-adjudication processing has been completed.
According to the DOS, a Pending Demand case will be automatically authorized for an immigrant visa number once the underlying priority date has become current. The entire category is screened twice each month for visa number availability. If the priority date for a case is later found to be current, an immigrant visa number will be authorized for that case.
