Dear All,
I am filing AOS for my wife. I noticed G-325A is only single page now, I remember when I submitted mine it was 5 pages. Is it changed to 1 page only or I need to make 5 copies of that single page.
I am submitting AOS and EAD, according to my understanding only 2 photo for AOS and 2 photo for EAD, total 4 photos are required. I saw in some forum they are saying about 6 photos. Am I missing anything...

The AC21 is for job description being same or similar.
For example "Programmer Analyst" = "Computer Systems Analyst" as per the code mapping.. But if one takes "Senior Software Engineer" job.. with the same job description as per the approved labor which had title "Programmer Analyst"
will it be ok

The only answer to your question is:"it depends". Who are your state's Senators and how interested/influential are they in immigration issues? Same question for whoever is the Congressperson for your district. I don't think any there is any harm in contacting both Senators as well as the Congressperson for your district.

Our checks were cashed today (both for me and my husband). Our application (I 140/I485 conc.) was July 2nd @NSC received by R Williams. They were cashed in Texas. We did not even get the receipt notices yet. Thus, the wait sounds longer for us.

i remember seeing ur threads for r.mickels or williams...if u got ur receipts and are on the the next waiting level of FP notice - welcome....and it looks like its going to be a long one.

I'm in my 3rd year of my first H1-B which will be expired Sep. 2011.
If I transfer my H1-B now to another company, then do I automatically get another 3 years or do I have to file an extension after my H1-B has been transferred?

I have 5 year bachelors degree from India and 3 years of work experience. I am in to Health sector.
My question is I got my education credentials evaluated last year for H1B filing. but I missed last year's H1B quota and applying again this year.
Do my last years evaluation report is scuffiscient or do I need fresh evaluation of my education credentials?
How long the education evaluation report is valid Once evaluated?

My wife has recently got a F1 visa (and her H4 visa has been left valid).
I am applying for I140. Is it ok to mention her name on my I140 as my spouse?

Hi,
I got my EAD renewed recently and by mistake I have interchanged my First Name and Last Name in the application. I received an approved EAD card also with the First Name and Last Name interchanged.
I noticed the problem only when I went to renew my Drivers License.
My questions are
1) What is the process to get the names rectified on an approved EAD
2) If I leave it as it, will it create any issues.

I am in similar situation. If she comes here and we get married "new" and I am GC Holder can she get a GC too ( provided PD is current ) OR I have to wait till I become Citizen and then file ....

Last year my husband got laid off. At that time he was on H1 visa, 140 approved and 485 pending. He applied and got AP, and then left U.S in March 2009. AP is valid until March 02, 2010.
Now he wants to get back to U.S. and try his luck finding a job before AP expires.
My question is what are his chances to be able to get in U.S considering
1)He has stayed outside of U.S for about 11 months.
2)He is not employed by any U.S company.

My EAD renewal has not been approved and it has been 100 days. I checked with local immigration officer and they dont know as why it is still not processed. USCIS customer service representative says it is within the processing time in Nebraska service center. I efiled EAD and got the biometrics done in June. I am on EAD & can i continue to work if the EAD renewal does not come through befire the current EAD expires ?. Will it affect I485 ?
